Kèr Steviziēusíh (Steviz /ˈjusɪ̞/ [millennium] [hotel]) is a subtropical Town located in the Weian Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Steviziēusíh is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Steviziēusíh was founded by Khèb Wynn, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Steviziēusíh has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 20°C (68°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Kèr Steviziēusíh receives an average of 240 cm/y (94 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Kèr Steviziēusíh covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 770 m (2526 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Steviziēusíh was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1192, by Khèb Wynn. The establishment of Kèr Steviziēusíh was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Khèb Wynn struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Steviziēusíh as a prison colony.
Kèr Steviziēusíh was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Steviziēusíh is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Kèr Steviziēusíh is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow gravel streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Kèr Steviziēusíh's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Kèr Steviziēusíh's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Kèr Steviziēusíh has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr Steviziēusíh’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
Civic Infrastructure

Kèr Steviziēusíh has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
There’s more than one leader in Kèr Steviziēusíh, but at least some of them are at each other’s throats. It might be a conflict between formal leadership and informal authorities, or it could be a struggle among civil officials. Their interests might diverge sharply, or it could be a personal grudge that’s boiled over. Outside threats and internal problems are likely being ignored until the power struggle is resolved.
Kèr Steviziēusíh's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls.
